MYOB Accounting Plus is an Australian accounting system. It will allow you to do all the accountings in an enterprise. You will be able to build your Accounting Plan, defining the name of the accounts you will be using, its type, tax charge and initial balance. You can register your bank account's transactions, reconcile accounts and even print cheques. The sales module will allow you to register your sales, print out or email invoices and register your transactions in a Journal. The time billing module will let you invoice works that are paid according to the time employed. "Purchases" will give you control about the goods your company buys, "Payroll" will perform every calculation about the payments to your employees, while it will process the payroll, print out the cheques and payment summaries, along with the timesheets. The "Inventory" module will allow you to know exactly which is your stock, set prices and produce reports. "Card File" will allow you to keep a record of your contacts (customers, providers or else) and to print out mailing labels and personalized letters.
